These terms are an agreement between you and Ryanterprise, LLC, doing business as FacetCraft (“FacetCraft”, “we”), for using facetcraft.com and the FacetCraft app. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you use FacetCraft for a company, you agree to them on its behalf.
FacetCraft compares Amazon and Google Shopping listings with the listings ranking for a keyword and suggests changes. It works from publicly available marketplace data collected through third-party providers, and uses automated analysis to compare listings. That data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and marketplaces change their pages and rules without notice.
FacetCraft isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or Google. Amazon, Alexa and Google Shopping are trademarks of their owners.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Listing copy you paste into FacetCraft, such as drafts in the draft tester, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You may use the audits and results you get for your own business and your clients’ businesses.
The FacetCraft site, software, design and the data we’ve compiled belong to us. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the service.
FacetCraft’s scores and recommendations are informational. We don’t guarantee that following them will improve your rankings, traffic or sales, or that a marketplace will accept a change. You’re responsible for the changes you make to your listings and for following each marketplace’s rules.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, FacetCraft won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using FacetCraft at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@facetcraft.com. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms. If we close the service entirely, we’ll give account holders reasonable notice.
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we’ll tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use FacetCraft after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
