This policy explains what Ryanterprise, LLC, doing business as FacetCraft (“FacetCraft”, “we”), collects when you use facetcraft.com, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and your audits, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.
Payments are handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. We keep a record of each order: what you bought, the amount, its status and Stripe’s reference for it.
FacetCraft reads public Amazon and Google Shopping pages: search results, product pages, prices, sellers and public reviews. This data is about products, not about you, and we keep it to build price, rank and listing history. Public reviews can include the reviewer’s display name and review text as published on the marketplace.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
We use a small number of service providers to run FacetCraft. Each gets only what it needs:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data.
If you share an audit, anyone with the link can view it without an account. You can stop sharing at any time, and the old link stops working.
We use only these cookies, all set by facetcraft.com. None are for advertising or analytics.

We keep your account information, audits and searches for as long as you have an account. Records of purchases are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Security records, such as failed sign-in attempts, are kept only as long as they’re useful for that purpose. Marketplace data isn’t personal to you and is kept to build history.
You can see and change your account details on your account page. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and the data tied to it, email hello@facetcraft.com from the address on your account. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict how we use your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We use your data to provide the service you signed up for, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping FacetCraft secure and improving it. Email us to use any of these rights.
FacetCraft and its service providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you use FacetCraft from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed there.
We use HTTPS, store passwords only as hashes, limit sign-in attempts, and keep access to the database restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password you don’t use elsewhere.
FacetCraft is a tool for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
